Preferred Building Systems in Claremont New Hampshire(NH) has recently opened a 160,000 square foot factory specifically designed to build energy efficient modular homes.Preferred Building Systems produces modular home components for ranch homes up through multi-family and most everything in between. With a sharp focus on energy efficiency and "green" building. Our standard home package is energy star approved and the consumer can work with an approved builder to take it to the next step of efficiency and environmental "green" building.
Panelized Homes
Preferred Building Systems builds wall panels, gable ends, shed and A dormers for the modular homes that are produced. We also build the garage sections that can feasibly be constructed here in the factory. LaValley Building Supply (PBS parent company) has been building trusses and wall panels since 1962 and is one of the longest continually operating manufacturer in the North East. Wall panels and components help the building process go faster, smoother and generate less waste than a traditional stick built product.
