Builder Resources
Preferred Building Systems only sells to authorized builders. If you are a builder that would like to add modular home products to your building services, please contact us for an interview. We would like to give you a tour of our factory and explain the PBS difference.
Customers and builders that would like to watch a home being set
can contact us for a schedule of home deliveries. Typically we set
between 1-3 homes each week, but during the winter months the weather
can cause delays in the delivery schedule.
