Modular homes have to withstand the ride down the interstate, up a bumpy dirt road, then a crane lifting and placing the modules on the foundation. Try doing that with a traditional stick-built home. Our homes have to meet a rigorous set of standards for each state where they’ll be delivered, a third party inspector makes sure it meets building code.
